Fully resistant to termire & Fungal attack.In a test conducted by Forest Research Institute and college, Dehra Dun, pre-laminated particle board showed weight loss of about 45% in contact with fungi over a period of three months. SINNTEX sections showed virtually no loss.

Thermal Conductivity

Has a very low thermal conductivity co-efficient. In a test conducted by L .D. COllege of engineering, Ahmedabad, the "k" value of some of our sections have been found as low as 0.054 Kcal/hrm) C against 0.17 for plywood. Our polyurethane foamed PVC sections has a K-value of 0.015 - 0.016 Kcal/hrm) C.

Chemical Resistance - Resistant to acids / alkalies

Fire Resistance - Self - extinguishing. Classified under first class construction material by Insurance companies
